hey guys! i just read the most awesomest book so far in my life: A Time for Dancing by Davida Wills Hurwin. it's so good!! i loved it so much. really, you guys should read it. i know annie you will love it. =) but have a box of tissues handy. heehee. it's about two best friends who dance for their lives, but one of them finds out she has cancer, and they slowly drift apart... it's so sad, but the beginning is funny. lots of humor in dialogue. good book. read.

Dude your school sounds soooooo cool! Hey I heard Humanities was a cool class at my school, but it's seniors-only. If I don't take AP English 4, I think I'll take that! Corridors?! Omg I would LOVE to call them that! Indoor school?! Ahhh! That's just like Saved By The Bell!! (Oh wait I forgot that you didn't watch that as a child) Man I'm so jealous of TAS. Haha. :) Hey I have a friend named Eunice. We call her "U-NICE!" sometimes and it craaaaaacks me up to no end.

I don't know what the monkey was for. At the time the girl gave it to me, she was just holding it. When we left we put it next to the camera. I think it was one of the school secretary's stuffed animal and the girl just grabbed it off her desk or something. (ID pics are taken in the office). I want to see your ID card!

I didn't get my summer camp stuff! Hmph. Oh well, I'm sure it'll come soon. Yes! I love getting mail/packages. Heh. Now I have something to look forward toooooooo! You crack me up with your non-fob gusto. Hahaha.

Okay there's like 938475984375 other things I want to say, but I'll save them for my letter back to you! :) (Oh my gosh the mailman just stuck mail in our box! I'm going to go check it!!!) heh

annie, did you get the summer camp cd and pic? i did! the other shao shi fu from taiwan came back and gave them to me in person (the one with glasses and doesn't really speak english). cool huh? omg! i watched the cd and i started to CRY!!! all these awesome memories of camp came flooding into my head again.. and i miss everyone.. *sniff*.. the songs were pretty good too. one of the songs is from a korean soap opera. i watched some of it with my aunt, and the whole thing's in korean with chinese subtitles at the bottom. i didn't get a lot of it (hehe) but then if you just sit there and watch and listen, you'll know when to cry. lol.. yeah, it's really sad. well, got homework again. GR. my summer is SO RUINED!!! MY CHILDHOOD HAS BEEN COMPLETELY WASHED AWAY!! WAAH!!... peace *fob sign*. el oh el! dude, i assure you i havent turned into a fob.. yet. oh, just kidding. =) no fob here, no fob here! i promise for love/sake of AMERICA!!! YOU-ESS-AY! today is friday.. in taiwan time. lol. i had a pretty cool day. my stand partner esther is awesome. lol. i have friends now! i call her oyster. lol. she said i'm the only justine she's ever known. and i asked her if anyone calls her oyster, and she was like no. so i was like okay! i'm gonna call you oyster! lol. anyway, today in HUM (humanities: english/history together), this girl sara (whom i have all my classes with on A days) was cracking up for the dumbest reason. LOL. she kept on laughing cuz this other girl (tomomi takue, who also knows tim tang from arcadia.. and she's my lab partner in honors chem) had a powerpuff girls pencil bag, and sara was like, "their arms protrude from their heads!" lol, then i started laughing my head off.. cuz you know i laugh at EVERYTHING. lol. yeah, so like the few friends i have now are: esther (my stand partner), tomomi (my lab partner), nicole and eunice (two other new girls), sara (the girl whom i share all my classes with on A days), sheng (this asian guy from hawaii), nicolai (an asian swedish guy), and other people scattered around through my classes that i just say hi to in the corridors.. er, hallways. everyone at TAS calls the hallways corridors. we have an indoor school. hehe. cool. and WE HAVE LOCKERS! lol, today a guy dropped his books on me though. =( i have my locker on the bottom. and OH YEAH, another girl connie whom i only see after school at our lockers cuz hers is right next to mine. hehe, i think that's so cool.

annie, your ID card is SOOO CUTE!!! wait, is the monkey yours or theirs? like.. was it the "figure" you were supposed to look at when they take the pic? lol, my ID card is GAY. and i have to carry it with me all through highschool.. if i stay here long enough. like, here you don't take a pic every year for a new ID card. what you have when you first get there is what you keep forever. lol. oh yeah, and tonight is our school's first dance. it's only from 8:30-11:00. haha.. so soon huh? okay well, my dad is making me get off. taiwan sucks! i hate the weather/environment here. it just sucks. =) okay, bye bye.

Oh yea, I registered for my classes and stuff. My schedule is okay. I dropped AP English. Here's my lame ID card. (I cut off the top and bottom). What I wanted to do was wink, but they only let seniors do stuff like that on their ID cards, so they let me hold a monkey. (??) I was going to look at the monkey, but I had to face the cmaera. Grr. (Hey look my hair looks soooooo long, huh?) The background is such a poopy color.

okay, i got it! i remembered what i was going to say. heehee. i got my ears repierced. haha. it looks like i have two sets of holes. i do actually, but i just wear earrings in one set of them. =) cuz like when tiffany's mom pierced them the first time for me, she did them uneven and too high up. now the new ones are lower and even, and you can tell that the old holes are WAY off. lol. the old holes look like the second set of holes. okay, i'll stop saying holes. that's such a funny word! lol. oh yeah, you know there's a book called Holes? lilian wants me to read it, but i haven't gotten a chance to yet. i wonder if they have that book in taiwan...

hi... itz been a long while since i've checked da blog. anyway, been busy all summer wit summer skoo and den i jus got back from cross country camp yesterday. we ran about 120 milez in a week at an altitude of 8,000-12,000 ft, so... i'm pretty exhausted. we were supposed to go on an 8 mile run buh we got lost and it turned out to be 15.2... almost died out dere in da wilderness, hehe. well, less den a month of summer vacation left... i hope music camp is fun. sorry i dun blog often. i dun mind if u kick me outta here. cya

You can edit what other people wrote because I made you an admin...anyway. nope, i didn't have internet access at camp. it was pretty fun though. i met two guys, and one of them had a cute afro and was weird in a cute kind of way. we flirted for a little bit, and he asked if i had a boyfriend. i said "i'm kind of seeing someone." (i was talking about jason) and then we kept talking outside my dorm room for at least 20 more minutes. i thought all was well, and i was all excited to flirt with him some more...but the next time we talked, he was kind of nonchalant. we passed this girl and he told me that she was going to be his future girlfriend, and i was sad. boo. i wish i hadn't said i was seeing someone, haha.

the other guy i met was SO GREAT! he and i played pool together, and we walked back from the student union together, and it was just really nice. i was starving because we skipped lunch to work on our theme packet, and he gave me pizza that his school ordered! it was so nice of him! and i was feeling all faint and crappy because i got the flu/fever/some illness and i was like "ugh...*sob sob* dave i'm sick!" and he gave me a hug. he's tall and white and cute and a senior! and he's going to be in the navy! it's like his lifelong dream. men in uniform are so cute. :) okay! this didn't make sense because i'm dying from some illness hah...talk to you later!

ANYways. i wonder if you have internet access at yearbook camp? that'd be cool if you did. and yeah, sorry man.. i don't think i have time to write to you while you're there. by the time mail from taiwan gets there.. it'll be a week. i think. haha. speaking of which.. i haven't been able to mail your freaking letter!! oh yeah, andy from camp [luke's little brother] asked me to be his pen pal. lol. i was like, haha, okay. you know he's living by himself only!?!? that's so sad! both his parents are in taiwan and luke is in the army. wah.. i cry for him. and what sucks is that he doesn't drive yet. lol. haha. well i better go. it's supposed to be bedtime for me right now. almost 1 AM. good night, AAAANNIE!
